The place was clean. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a breakfast. The host was very responsive to all questions. We weren’t able to park at The Grand as our car was too high so parking was difficult requiring moving car often to lots or street. We were there on a weekend so it was noisy in the evening. Walking distance to a lot in the Downtown.

The apt is perfect if you need to be close to the convention center, river or even Gonzaga! Lots of good options nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Bright, spacious unit perfect for 2 couples! We had some problem getting out entry code, but they turned out be a fairly minor thing.

We loved the central location, close to all the restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. It was so much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel room. The only aspect to consider is that you will have to pay for parking (we did the overnight parking at the Davenport Grand), so there is a hidden cost there. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be booking again.

Had a great stay! Beautiful city view, spacious unit, warm, quiet, clean and super comfortable! Got to Loved walking down the block to see live music at Zola, and enjoyed breakfast downstairs at the Pancake House before we departed. Can't wait to stay again soon!

Great host

The apartment had ample space and very open. Nice pool table in the lobby to use. This was the second time I’ve rented in this building ( but different unuts). Host was very responsive on an open window when my party arrived. Although It was on the 4th floor of an old building so windows allowed quite a bit of street noise. But this was the only downside.

Clean, efficient, and close

The apartment was bigger than expected and super clean. We were able to find parking easily and then walked everywhere for the next two days. The air conditioners worked amazingly well and although there was a bit of street noise, it was a quiet area of downtown. The communication was just right and we had no issues. We will be back!

Great location! Good size for a family of 4.

We stayed for two nights on a family road trip around Washington. It was perfectly located near Riverfront Park and lots of good restaurants and activities in downtown. The loft was super clean and comfortable with a lot of space for our family. Jake was quick to respond to any messages and offered to help if anything came up (nothing did though, everything was great and exactly as advertised). 10/10 would stay again.

Great communication with host. Stayed 1 night on the way from Vancouver to Yellowstone. Gorgeous apartment. Roomy, airy, modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4. Beautiful Apartment

We traveled with another couple to Spokane for a couple days. This apartment was perfect in that the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean which was nice to see. This apartment has fantastic lighting because of all of the windows. We truly enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this VRBO.
