WATERFRONT PARADISE

Waterfront home on the Spokane River in Spokane (east side of spokane), 12 minutes to downtown Spokane and about 20 minutes into CDA. The best "setting" in all of Spokane, hard to beat sitting on the patio or dock watching the activity of the beautiful Spokane River.

The King Suite has a very large King and beautiful sitting area overlooking the river. Complete with mini fridge, microwave, flatware and Kurig. Enjoy the beautiful dock. Incredible water views, hardwood floors, and huge patio.

The unit is completely private with own entrance.

Incredible kayaking and paddle boarding along the river, or just enjoy an amazing water view.

* Peak Season: May through September and property is unavailable but, open to weekday stays throughout.
* Please note the location is on a private body of water and unfortunately no "guest" boats are allowed. We do have kayaks and paddle boards available for rent at very reduced rates over the local rental companies.
* Please note this is a waterfront property and along with that comes more risk: water, dock, stairs, banks). By booking this property you assume all risk for yourself and any guests on any part of the property.
* You would be booking a portion of the lower level of this large property. This is owners 2nd home and he is rarely there but even when present, floors have been insulated and there is very little to no noise. Your area is completely private.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Arbor Crest Wine Cellars.

The location right above the river is phenomenal! You’re close to coffee, bakery and other services yet it is comfy, quiet and feels secluded and peaceful. Communication with the host was great, he was very helpful and accommodating in all respects. This was an amazing option for a solo traveler doggo (or couple doggy). Would have liked to have spent another day and night to just relax by the river - will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

This property is a 10. The home sits right on the river, with a nice quiet patio surrounded by pines overlooking the Spokane river. The owner is welcoming a great Host who takes care in providing well appointed spaces with a spacious bedroom, sitting room and bath. The interior space also has a view of the river. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay that is close to restaurants and shopping, this is the place!

Beautiful property, relaxing view and very clean and comfortable. I would suggest however maybe a toaster oven added, in addition to the microwave, since there is no stove to cook with on the property. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at your property. Thank you for letting us enjoy our stay.
