To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have the following strict policies in place:

If a party is detected:

Authorities will be contacted immediately

All guests will be required to leave the property

A $500 fine will be charged

It was overpriced for the lack of supplies. There were many missing basic amenities including salt and pepper, sugar, serving bowls, foil, dishtowels, meal table and chairs to accomodate a grp, hotpads, decent trash bags, washcloths, bathmats, face towels etc. in addition a bedroom doorknob was broken, drive way light didnt work and stairs were dark, a broken fan or remote in the bedroom, porch light that doesnt go off, etc.

Host was very responsive during our stay. There were just a couple suggestions that our family extended like adding handrails to the steps as you walk up to the property for better safety. Host understood completely! The space itself was perfect for our family of 7.

Worst experience

Where to even begin. I’ve used Vrbo in the past without any issues but this time it was a disaster. The house was not at all as described. The location was not safe; poorly lit walkway and driveway; trash littered all over driveway resulting in ants; amenities were pretty bare (only one towel for 2 bathrooms); house seemed like it was built in a day of cardboard and toothpicks. The host initially took 24 hours to respond to my inquiries after the stay was booked. And when he finally did respond, it was a generic automated email regarding the house instructions. When I had an issue of the house the night we arrived, I could not get in contact with the host without Vrbo’s assistance. Through a 3-way conversation with the host and Vrbo representative, he was not willing to listen or accept our concern or provide any resolutions; only stating that he could see our car in the driveway and it was fine. So we left the property within the that hour and found a last minute alternative at a hotel but our vacation was already tarnished from our Vrbo experience. Now we are fighting to get a refund but the host is only willing to refund 20% for the inconvenience. What inconvenience was it to the host? He never seemed bothered by our call to him and didn’t come out to maybe see what we were talking about or reach out to us. I would not recommend this house or any other house being hosted by Ineet. You will be very disappointed.

Perfect place for pets

I’m a local of San Diego. My home was tented for termites and my 3 cats plus 4 working adults with 4 cars needed a place to stay for 3 days. Cats loved this place better than my own home LOL! Plenty of parking and the home was cute and comfortable. Price per day was excellent. Check in and check out was super easy. This home exceeded my expectations. My family loved the comforters on the beds and the rooms. Thanks for listing this place!!!
