if you’re not staying here with a company do not stay here. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They act like they are a new Embassy Suites or Hotel Vin or some high-end hotel. They are a Marriott town place that’s old and not up-to-date and they are extremely rude. They are tailored to people who are coming in town to watch football games. That’s it. They are trash.

They were overbooked and advised it was hotels.com’s fault. I was at the hotel for almost an hour while they were trying to locate another room miles away. And then went to the other hotel and they were unable to figure out how to use the letter from the first hotel to allow me to stay. I got in to my room just shortly before midnight. This was an awful experience.

The silverware in the kitchenette was dirty. The pots were awful, and the kitchen was not stocked very well. There was no bag in the trash, no Kleenex in the box cover. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom could use an update. The surrounding area was very nice and it's easy access to hwy 49.
