This is a fantastic hotel. We have stayed multiple times. The staff is great, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and updated. One downside - This area of Springfield is extremely noisy. It is common for people to blast music outside late at night, and sirens are frequent.

**One star. Not suitable for families.** This hotel is in a tough area. Directly across the narrow street is a CBD/weed shop, and the smell wafts into the lobby—very unpleasant. There’s loitering in the area, especially near the parking areas, which made us feel unsafe leaving our car overnight. Not a relaxing or family-friendly environment at all. We won’t be back.

I loved the staff they were great it was my daughter's graduation and she just wanted to swim and eat pizza holiday inn Express gave me everything I needed to give her the best graduation day of her life she got to enjoy the pool with her friends she got red rose pizza and her night was amazing all I had to do was keep an eye on them easy when you are dealing with great and smart girls I do have to say I might have had more fun than them 😂😂 holiday inn Express is my go to when I need to keep it local and inexpensive thanks again Holiday inn Express I'll be back
