Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.
This apartment's great location gets high marks from our customers. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Matanzas River. Laundry facilities are available. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

This is the BEST place to stay! I am extremely picky about cleanliness. This place was SPOTLESS when we arrived. I can't say enough positive things about the rental...amenities of bottled water, ice, snacks, etc. Beautifully decorated. This is just a short, beautiful walk across the Bridge of Lions to all the lights and festivities. We have rented from Anastasia Grand two times and will continue to return to their property again. Highly recommend

Great stay, awesome location! Very accommodating with an early check in, apartment was very clean and roomy. Everyone in the apartment complex was very quiet, you can hear through the walls decently well but we never had an issue. Will stay again :)

The space was impeccably clean and well kept, which made us feel right at home. Communication and check-in were smooth, and the entire transaction was quick and easy. it was a great experience working with this host. We love the place. It was so clean. It was so welcoming and very quiet. We love that we could walk through a beautiful neighborhood, a couple blocks and then over the bridge to Saint Augustine. Our stay was great. The apartment was in the middle of a neighborhood. We wanted to walk to dinner but the location was too dark. Parking in front of the building was very convenient. It was clean inside but a few items needed a deep cleaning like the bottom of the shower and the couches. Overall good experience.

We were in town for a Kip Moore concert. We were 2 miles from the venue. Perfect location to everything. As of this review, this rental is exactly as listed. Clean, open concept, walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine, just over the bridge. Will definitely rent this unit for any future visits to the area.

We stayed from Monday till Friday and it was perfect. The building is beautiful, the apartment was quiet and just perfect for 2 people. The small court area between the building and garage was so nice. I sat outside every morning and evening and there was shade and a cool breeze blowing all the time. We walked to historic St Augustine several times with no issues. The drive to the beach from the apartment was only about 7 minutes. I would recommend staying here to any couple or single person who just wants some quiet down time. We absolutely love it.
