Only ten minutes outside St. Augustine, this gem is the perfect retreat from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas. Sound does travel on the travertine floors, but there is very little of it. Great breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful view and the sunsets are breathtaking.

Caisley the manager was very helpful with anything we needed. Always ready to help. The rooms were very clean. Really loved the decor of the rooms and entrance. My friend and I was able to sit and talk while watching the rain. The variety of snacks was great for in-between meals. Parking was great! I will be back for a return visit. I have already recommend to several people.

Nice, quiet and relaxing 2 night stay. Loved the 2 small pools. Everything was clean and the complimentary continental breakfast was convenient. Also, the restaurant just next door was an added plus. Will definitely visit again when we need a quiet getaway!!

The room, view and service were lovely. The bed is a bit hard. Breakfast was Oatmeal, granola fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins and fruits etc. The peir was beautiful and Ms. Virginia was top notch!

The room was clean and absolutely beautifully decorated, staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but tasty. The views outdoors were incredible. I hope to stay again soon.

The property was amazing! Everything was so beautiful and clean. Perfect place to stay if you’re not looking for a busy hotel. Extremely close to the beach, Crescent Beach, which is a lot quieter from the rest of Saint Augustine. I was surprised that there was no beach access in walking distance though. I thought it was interesting and unique that a beach hotel was completely filled with Asian decor. An amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Troubled by housekeeping actions

Ok so it was nice but apparently the housekeeper is very nosy n I had tossed away some documents. I probably should’ve shredded that I found someone with of mine pertaining to my identity and I wanted them disposed of, and I threw them in the trash, but what happened the housekeeper retrieve them out of the trash from my room and then gave them to someone else which further annoys me because it should’ve just left in the trash but now shows me that her going through the trash, retrieving these documents that itself troubles me I should’ve shredded them and it’s my bad, but still the fact that she’s going through it like that bothers me too.

HORRIBLE!!! NO HOT WATER AND NO REFUND

NO HOT WATER and NO FULL REFUND! My husband and I are locals and came for an anniversary weekend overnight in a jacuzzi tub room. After spending a day at the beach we tried to shower and had no hot (or even warm) water. Called the help number and were told to run the water for 10 minutes. It still was not warm. After talking with them for about 30 minutes they said they would send someone to fix it. We left for dinner (sweaty and sandy from the beach) and came back and still no hot water. On the phone with the help desk again and they said someone was on site fixing it and to run the water again for 10 minutes. The water was still running when a person stopped by 15 minutes later, touched the cold water and said nothing could be done until morning. We said we were leaving and wanted a refund, she said she did not have the authority to do that and would have to talk to someone in the morning. We left the crappy hotel and went home. WE were only there 5 hours. Texted the resort help desk the next day about the refund and they offered 15%. After going back and forth through texts for over an hour they finally gave us 50% back. Keep in mind we were only there for 5 hours and could not shower or use the jacuzzi tub because they had no hot water. THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT OR RECEPTION ON SITE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Small hotel which is perfect for us. Great location and views of the sunset. Next door is local restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet. Easy drive to St Augustine. Only slightly negative comment is the contactless feature is a little extreme, barely any human interaction.

Very nice property. Easy check in. We were very happy that they offer a breakfast with coffee, tea and juice. With actual coffee cups, plates and utensils. Pool was very regal. Nice fountain and a beautiful deck that takes you out to the dock and the other side of the street is the ocean. Beautiful place for a romantic getaway. Will recommend to friends.
