Welcome to our newly spacious and private renovated bathroom with our outdoor shower. See photos! This Tiny House has all you need for a cozy, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. The Tiny House sits on 3/4 acres. You will feel the tranquility of this magical property and only 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the Historic Downtown. The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

This newly completed Tiny House will charm you with the stain glass windows, open cathedral ceiling and loft. LOFT IS AXCESSED BY A LADDER. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.The queen bed is located on the main floor. Having your own space allows you the freedom to come and go as you like. The yard is very private with large trees, enjoy song birds and wood peckers. At night sit in the hot tub or at the fire pit and be mesmerized by the night sky. Have a unique experience of being at one with nature in the exotic private outdoor shower.

The entire Tiny House and a very private outdoor shower is yours to enjoy exclusively on your stay with a newly renovated sink room were you can take care of all you needs. See photos of our new lighted mirror. The hot tub (closed July, thru September), on our main deck is shared and available for your use. Plenty of room for parking afdjacent to the Captain`s Quarters.
Early or Late Check-Ins can often be accommodated. Please communicate your needs and we will try to make it work for you.

Our home is located in one of St Augustine`s quiet well established neighborhoods. The property was the original 1920`s historic Ravenswood Dairy Farm.
Enjoy the sounds of song birds, woodpeckers, and beautiful starry skies. with only a 5-10 minutes drive to Beaches and Historic Downtown.

Our guests rely on Uber or their own vehicle. Not really walking distance, but a 15 minute bike ride away from all the activities.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises other than at the fire pit. Please respect our neighbors, `Strict Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Only registered guests may use the Hot Tub. To keep the Tiny House ` bug free` for all of our guests to enjoy, leftovers must go in the trash cans next to the main house, door cannot be left open, and dishes washed. Thanks
