**The Sailor's Abode**
Completely renovated, 3bd 2bth home. Fully furnished, non-smoking, located 1.2 miles from downtown, 3 miles from beaches, 5 miles from outlet malls. Sleeps 9 comfortably with a king size bed in master room, king size bed in guest room, and 2 full size (bunks) & single in 3rd bd. The mb has two sinks w/ jacuzzi tub & rainfall shower. Gb has shower/bath combo. Two car garage with washer/dryer. Secluded backyard area with fire pit and charcoal grill. 4 smart TV's throughout, high speed WiFi at 349 Mbps!
We have plenty of on-sight parking in our oversized driveway that stretches around the back of the property.
Other things to note

We are a short 5-15 walk to many shops and cafes. Historic downtown itself is a bit further, it is a 35-40 minute walk and we enjoy making the trip during the winter for the lights! If you prefer to drive, it will take you 5-10 minutes to get downtown depending on the traffic.

Please note - The Florida east coast railway runs behind our home and you may hear it several times a day. Due to our brick cement filled walls, and dual pane windows, we have never found this to be bothersome for our family.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Flagler College. 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. In-room jetted baths and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Cute house

Very cute house! Great location and accurate description. Host was great and communicated very well. Only silly little things could have help with our stay, more Tp and cleaning supplies. The floors looked tidy, but definitely needed to be mopped as our feet were black by the end of the day. The house was clean otherwise! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Super close to downtown Saint Augustine. The neighborhood is a hit or miss. Pictures are accurate. Bedrooms, bath and main house all very clean. Kitchen could use a good scrub down. Be sure to bring paper towels and napkins, none are provided, also extra toilet paper if you stay awhile. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable, use extra bed pillows to soften it up. We had one problem with the plumbing and the host solved it promptly.

The house is nice and in great place the only downside is the water pressure could beraly use both showers at the same time and even just one shower at the time water was really slow but overall great place would stay again Mike let us check in a little earlier which was great

Awesome little hideaway

House is perfect to spend some time in St. Augustine. Close to everything. House was perfect with enough space for 7 adults. All sleeping in comfortable beds. House was clean and decorated just right. Fans in each bedroom was a nice touch. Train really isn't very loud and did not disturb us at all. Would recommend this place to all. Thanks Mike for opening up your home to us! We will be back for sure.
