Love the staff but this is the second time we have had a dirty floor and bathroom. We carry our own Clorox wipes but it's not as clean as it should be and a fee to park is ridiculous. Should be stopped instantly.

Service and staff are excellent. Room is large but needs more closets and draws . The bathroom is large but with very little area for my supplies. Also deck had no chair. Only a chair but enough space for a love seat

The staff was extremely nice and greeted us by name each time we returned from our day. This hotel is located so close to all of the main attractions St. Augustine has to offer! Highly recommend. 😊

Property looked ok, clean in good condition. However, while using water noticed a foul sulfur, rotten egg smell. BUT, too late as sensitive area was irritated. Afterward we cleaned ourselves with several bottles of water.The Manager Angela could not have cared less. No apology other than her smug attitude about it being city water and it's in guidelines. And berated about how all of St.Augustine is like that. I did not know this. In fact a different hotel we stayed at in this city did not have this sulfur water rotten egg smell. I suggested possibly having a filter installed for comfort of guests as this is the Comfort Inn. Again she said it's within guidelines. I said well put up a sign at least, and was given a dirty look. I have now seen other reviews about smelly water. We had to cancel trip and head back home. May need to go to doctor. Expedia was no help because Angela told them no refund. I said well of course she said that. The clerk was nice, apologetic. However Angela was seemingly upset from the start when asked by clerk for assistance, as he initially said the manager wasn't there.I asked him if the manager told him to say that. He then went back to get her. When asked, Angela stated she was the manager, and looked irritated by us asking for assistance.

Very good for a long weekend stay. Conveniently located but you might need a car to get to the historic part of St Augustine. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were extremely helpful with tips to navigate the attractions in St Augustine. Your add said it was in the historic district but it was 1.5 miles away from the closest attraction

Lobby was bright and welcoming. Donte at the front desk was friendly, informative and polite he made check in pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. A 10 minute drive to historic district. Not many restaurants in the vicinity of hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Appears to be a new property and, as such, is in great shape. While the historic district is walkable, it’s a long walk. Despite that, I liked the location because it was away from the historic district and quiet. I normally don’t eat breakfast at my hotel—let’s face it most are terrible—this was the exception to the rule.
