Begin vacation days sipping coffee on your furnished balcony overlooking the resort grounds. The sunlit interior features an open kitchen, dining, and living space. Whip up everything from beach snacks to family dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, then serve your creations at the adjacent dining table. Nice, clean place to stay. Couches are old and uncomfortable but they do their job. They do not smell to us like some previous guests stated. We had a problem with the toilet running but contacted the property and the handyman was out the next day to fix it. There is also brand new patio furniture which is very nice.

More Information Needed

The property was very nice and well situated for easy access to stores, restaurants, and travel.The downside was the codes given for initial entry didn't seem to work, they connected us to voice mail which does not open the gate. The code to enter the unit was not given with enough information to know the keys are located behind the key pad. Someone like us who don't travel much were somewhat frustrated trying to figure things out. Also there were no intructions on what the procedure was for when we had completed our stay and were leaving the facility. Thankfully we received a text from a young lady checking to see if the A/C was working properly, which it was, and I asked her in the return text what we needed to do upon the completion of our stay. She informed us what was required.We enjoyed our stay and when and if we return to the area, we would definitely love to stay at Ocean Village again. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of a great experience.

Very nice

Very clean, kitchen had everything would need. Pool right behind unit, shuffle board game next to that. 10 minute drive into old st augustine. 5 minute walk to beautiful beach, need your card to get out and in again.would definately stay again.

Florida getaway

Had a lovely time at the condo and property. Nice walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Condo recently repainted throughout the interior. Nice to have option of elevator and stairs to get to the condo, Furniture in need of upgrading as was deck furniture that was rusted and broken. Need basics of blankets for beds and rug in living room.

Good location bathtub not working

Overall this condo was nice. It was in great location close to shops and the beach and not too far from the touristy part of St. Augustine. We selected this property for its location and because it had a bathtub so we could give our toddler a bath after days at the beach. The batch tub drain plug was found broken when we arrived. We reported it and got a response but no fix during our stay. Still in communication trying to get that sorted out with property management group.

Very nice place for a family vacation

The property is comfortable and clean, which is especially important to note since this is a pet-friendly apartment. The location is 7 minutes from a private beach with limited access for residents only. The white sand beach is perfect - clean, beautiful and not crowded. All household appliances in the apartment are in working condition, and the furniture is comfortable and looks reliable. The location is a 12 min drive from the historical center of St. Augustine, close to grocery stores and numerous cafes. The registration process is quick and easy. Overall, this is a good place for a family vacation.

Getaway at Butler Beach

The complex was wonderful and pristine in its upkeep. The pet friendly atmosphere was a real plus .The unit itself that we rented needed to be updated in terms of flooring, living room furniture and master bedroom mattress. A new coat of paint and new balcony furniture would also be a suggestion. We loved our stay and enjoyed the cute decor of our unit. We had a delightful stay.

Spacious property, nice location

Very spacious property. We are a family of six, and even though this unit isn’t right on the beach, it was much nicer than staying in a cramped beachfront hotel. I liked how we had grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants all in under 10 minutes, but we seemed to be far enough away from downtown that the beach was never really crowded. Property management was extremely responsive and immediately resolved the one small maintenance issue we had. If I had the money, this is the kind of place I’d want to buy to have as a vacation home.

Disappointed

One key card and you need it for everything. Asked for another because complex said you should have two but finally got an answer after leaving that people have taken some home and they would have to pay for another so now they only give one and if missing make renters pay to replace. Why can they not have that policy and use it for two keycards? Gym was extremely disappointing and the only treadmill was so small, made for a child. Front door bottom open and had to block with towel to try to stop bugs but ants and other bugs still came in.
