Great Stay!

Very clean, very helpful and kind staff. Excellent location across the street from the beach. Only thing is breakfast was made to order and not very good. I would go out! Also coffee was not in the lobby all day.

There must have been a leak in the shower on the floor above our room (we were in 231) and water was pouring from the light fixture in the ceiling above our shower. We discovered it after a long day out, we had ten minutes to turn around for a dinner reservation and called the front desk to report it. The woman on the phone was only concerned about cleaning up water for us. It kept us awake all night (I have video) and we got out ASAP on Sunday morning..,

My only complaint is that one morning while I was getting complimentary coffee there was an argument between staff, the cook and a helper. The attitude of the helper was rude and very disrespectful towards the chief. He wanted a simple question answered and she couldn't be bother. They should not have aired this in the lobby and the woman working behind the desk should have told them to move too. Not very professional at all!
