The property and room itself were good. The main reason for the lower rating was getting a phone call the morning before our arrival, telling us they had downgraded our room due to "overbooking". This was a disappointment, especially since I had booked the room two months in advance.

Nice hotel BUT the only problem I had was when booking online and looking at “the hotel I’m trying to stay at” the pictures WERE NOT of the hotel I thought I was paying for. The lobby was totally different and SO MUCH smaller then what it said was at this address and the pool was DEFINITELY a lie and not the same. In the picture it’s a HUGE pool but when you pull up, you IMMEDIATELY see this is NOT the same hotel you THOUGHT you were booking. Although it was a very nice hotel, I really think you guys should update your pictures for each location because that is very misguiding. Check out is at 11 but a housekeeper was walking in a room at 9:55 and then somebody knocking and trying to walk in again at 10:10. So I would say just maybe have the staff make sure someone has checked out or give them time to answer you before you just walk in a room. Other than those things, we liked it very much.

The Hotel had an old moldy smell and I am pretty sure I got bit by bedbugs. Def not worth the price
