The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Location was perfect with a Publix and restaurant across the street. The beach was 1 block away and the rooms were spacious.

We had an incredible stay from start to finish. All of the staff was wonderful and kind. The room was huge and we had a cute balcony. The whole hotel was extremely clean and very up to date.

The room was plain, but comfortable. The hair dryer had a part missing. We had some difficulty trying to plug things in in the room. The immediate view from our window was not great but we could see the bridge. Staff very helpful.

OK, so first I understand $150 on hold for room essentials but then I was charged separate for valet parking. Also the rooftop restaurant best burger ever was very sad to know that that restaurant is not open every day of the week and if you think you’re getting a great breakfast for the cost, it would’ve been better to go to McDonald’s. Waffles were soggy eggs were like rubber fruit tasted like it was cut up in frozen and then unthaw bacon no flavor whatsoever reminded me of the bacon that was already cooked sausages. I swear to God they were the microwave brand not even real sausages. Coffee was not Starbucks at all one front desk woman girl was very rude. Expected that we knew everything when we asked for towels for the beach didn’t know you had to sign them out. Also, the pool is only 3 feet deep. One spot is 4 feet but pretty much 3 feet deep Has a restaurant in it but no room service. The valet parking that was very good. The golf cart to the beach and back that is great. Very nice. Gentleman was just really disheartening about the restaurant on the rooftop. The breakfast was unreal a waste of money. I should’ve canceled it the first day. I wish I can take that money off my bill it was bad and like I said the rooftop restaurant great food when it’s open.

The location of this property is fantastic. There is a Publix directly across the street and also a surf shop if you need any last minute beach items. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk and if you need it the valet guys will drive you there in a go cart. Parking is valet only. The on property food was very good. The overall experience was wonderful. The only small inconvenience was that I received an email to do online check in. We did and upon doing so it said you would get an email when the room was ready. We received an email immediately saying our room was ready. This was about 10:30 am. We got charged $75 for early check in despite the room being ready for us. The entire staff from top to bottom was very friendly with the exception of the front desk host who I believe her name was Alejandra. She was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed to answer any type of inquiry. She never smiled and it was like that the entire weekend. Outside of that we had a very lovely time. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.
