Beautiful intimate en-suite Bungalow beach side. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just one person, 600 steps from the beach, or a short walk across the street to the St. Johns Frank Butler Park and Boat ramp on the intercostal for the best sunsets, 5 minutes from the St. Augustine pier, 5 minutes south from Matanzas Inlet, 10 minutes from the oldest city in the US, the Historic Downtown Saint Augustine, FL. Not only do you have the most comfortable bed to fall into, microwave, refrigerator, black out curtains to provide a good nights sleep, 50" TV and two comfortable recliners to read from, but an amazing outdoor experience starting with a heated pool, (not heated November 15th through March 15th) 7' sundeck in pool to provide ultimate sunning and a outdoor lounge area to bring in a romantic dinner or enjoy a nice charcuterie board and a nice bottle of wine. Allow yourself the experience of not only an extremely comfortable stay, but a buzzing restaurant district & Cafe life, ghost tours, hiking trails, serene out of this world sunrises on the beach, ocean fishing tours, & concerts at the St. Augustine Amphitheater.

Parking is limited to two vehicles beside the Bungalow. Sorry, no pets allowed. For your safety and protection you have an electronic keyless entry, backdoor lighting and outdoor motion sensor cameras.

If there is a special request we may be able to accommodate, including honeymoons, birthdays, anniversary or a romantic occasion and we will do our best to make it as special as possible, with additional up charge for any amenities.

I enjoyed my 2 days at this spa like retreat!! Bed was super comfy, and the pool was just what i needed to make my back feel better. I was at a music festival for the weekend at Colonial Oak Music Park in downtown historic district. I love St Augustine and go there often. I only live 45 minutes north, but did not want to drive back n forth for my festival!! Needed some ME time!! Chris and Michele were very nice and their lil dog was so stinking cute! Perfect place for 1 or 2 people!!

The bungalow is beautiful and was just what I needed and what I was looking for. It's private and has pretty much everything you need. Owners Chris and Michelle are very nice and always made sure I had everything I needed. The pool is just steps from the bungalow, and Butler Beach is within walking distance and also has parking. Best sand beach I've ever set my feet in. Historic St. Augustine and so many nice restaurants close by. I will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Spring Break

Great host and hostess very friendly and inviting. Excellent beach location casual 4 minute walk to white, powder beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet bungalow with all of the bare necessities of life. A couple of nice bar or restaurant locations within a one mile walk, and, dozens of places within a short drive. Tons of tourists attractions within a few miles radius.

Perfect getaway space

The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the Atlantic. The cleanliness was exceptional and all the finishes in the room were top notch. The outdoor space was inviting and the hosts were impressive with their quick online responses. Chris was friendly and attentive-he even did a quick change of the tv when we had an issue with it turning on. I would love to stay again in the future.

Relaxing in the sun

This was our second stay with Chris and Michelle. We felt at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived! They are extremely kind people and we enjoyed our talks! We adore their two dogs...especially Jake checking on us! It is so nice to be able to open our door and the pool is steps away. The beach is very close as well and beach chairs are there to borrow. We look forward to next year!

Perfect for our long weekend!

The location, amenities, and hosts were all 5-star! If you don’t need a kitchen, this is the perfect spot for a few nights stay! I can not say enough how much I enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the warm welcome provided by Chris (and Jack - the golden-doodle). The hosts were incredibly responsive each time we had a question - no matter how big or small. If we ever need a place to stay again in the area, we would definitely return!

My boyfriend had a great experience/time at this property. Both Chris and Michelle were great hosts and I enjoyed speaking with them! The Bungalow was very clean and accessible! It was just a short walk to the beach where we were able to enjoy the sun and ocean! For future vacations to St. Augustine, we will definitely book this property again!

Location location location!

This was such a cute little place that was so close to a great beach. It was a short, easy drive to the amphitheater and literally right around the corner to the beach! There was great restaurants within a short drive as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice guest house

The property is very pretty and VERY clean! The check in and check out process was easy, and the distance to Saint Augustine is not far at all (this is why I chose this property). The guest house overlooks the backyard and pool area. At night the pool lights up with different colors, which is very pretty and peaceful. There were a few minor things that might not be for everyone, these things did not bother me greatly but it is worth noting them here: the wifi did not work, I was told on the island wifi is spotty, and I was never able to connect to it. The backyard is also a shared space. I think the listing looks like it might be exclusive for the guest only, so if you are seeking complete and total privacy, this might not work for you. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. I forgot to mention the beach is within walking distance!
