Ascend the grand staircase to the heart of our home on the second floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic. With plenty of luxurious seating, it's a perfect space to gather with loved ones. Enjoy your morning coffee on the Sunrise Balcony and spot dolphins in the surf. With direct access to the Sunset Pool Deck, dining al-fresco is a breeze.

For the young, and young at heart, the ocean-level ground floor Family Room offers fun for everyone, with pingpong, shuffleboard, card table, x-box, cable tv, a plush Lovesac sofa, beverage fridge and games for the whole family. With 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Matanzas Inlet, and the Intracoastal Waterway, the 1500 sqft roofdeck is the tallest point in Summer Haven, offering the ultimate panoramic experience. Bring up the telescope and stargaze, catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Enjoy a sunrise yoga session or sunset libations. The possibilities are endless. Our Sunrise Balcony, just outside the main living room, welcomes you to sip your morning coffee and spot dolphins in the surf or dine al fresco in the cool ocean breeze. Laze in plush chaise loungers at ocean level on the Ocean Terrace, where you are just steps to the ocean. The Sunset Pool Deck and Veranda welcomes you to bathe in the sun, have a cocktail or two, and melt away into vacation bliss. Complete with a barbecue grill, private pool and spa, you may never want to leave.

Each of our thoughtfully designed bedrooms offers cable TV, premium linens, portable fans, room darkening shades and ample closet space. We also offer a portable pack n play travel crib as well as a folding standard crib.

3rd Floor:
BR 1 PRIMARY SUITE - Grand, oversized bedroom with sweeping ocean views, a King bed, workspace, seating area with tv and luxurious en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanities.

We offer a high-capacity washer and dryer with laundry detergent and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. We provide an ample supply of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and other consumables -- just one less thing for you to think about on vacation.

There is enough parking for everyone, with 6 dedicated off-street parking spots.

✨BEACH & POOL TOYS✨
We offer an array of beach gear and pool toys for guest to enjoy. We also recommend Drifters for beach gear rental.

✨POOL HEAT✨
We offer pool heat, for a fee, from November - May, for those who still want to escape to Florida and enjoy a dip. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees as long as the daytime temps are above 60 degrees.

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River, this serene coastal retreat offers unspoiled beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and a relaxed, old-Florida charm. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, Summer Haven provides easy access to fishing, kayaking, hiking, and the historic Fort Matanzas. Enjoy the best of both worlds with St. Augustine's vibrant downtown, rich history, and dining just a 20-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest are easily accessible by car. Nearby highlights include Matanzas Inlet, Marineland, Downtown St. Augustine, Palm Coast and World Golf Village. If you choose to drive onto the beach, please only do so if you have all-wheel drive!

Other Things to Note:
ROAD CONSTRUCTION: Our home is oceanfront, however, direct beach access is currently under construction and should be complete in May 2025. For now, the closest beach access is a quick 2 minute drive down the street at Matanzas Inlet. There is the potential for construction noise until the project is complete.

CREDIT CARD FEES: Please note, credit card fees are non-refundable in the event of cancelation.

HOUSE RULES:
No pets, No parties, No smoking.
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are to be observed from 9pm - 7am.
No street parking allowed.

MINIMUM AGE:
You must be 25 years old to rent. We reserve the right to request additional information and documentation to verify rental eligibility.

FIREPLACE: The fireplace is for decorative use only.

LOST & FOUND: We are happy to return lost items for a fee. We cannot make guarantees regarding items left behind.

📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
