This property offers heating, AC, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fenced-in private side and back yard (for pets) for your convenience. There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Augustine. Note: The townhome is located on the entire lower level/first floor of the home. Fenced in side and backyard is not shared and is for the VRBO use only.

A terrific stay

The house was very neat and clean and had a lot of amenities like a spice rack and coffee already ready to go. The layout was fantastic and a very close walk from the beach.

Clean, well maintained house close to the beach. Owner was very responsive to the A/C not running and it was fixed within a couple hours! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Close to Publix as well.Great neighborhood close to tennis court, pickleball court and basketball court.

Only negative that is based on the photos I thought the front yard was the back yard. The back yard is actually very small. Everything else was great!

Sweet 16 birthday trip

My four daughters and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate one of their 16 birthday. It was just down the street from the beach which was wonderful but also within five minutes of historic St. Augustine. We had such a lovely time!

Excellent Weekend Stay

Great option for short stays and quick walks to the beach. The unit has more than enough room to be very comfortable and even a king size bed in the master room area and large kitchen. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean. The unit is pet friendly which is a plus for anyone traveling with a dog but the only downside is there really is no yard area and the property is a 2 unit rental.
