Disliked: Cleanliness
We were intrigued by the size of the hot tub and the location in the courtyard right outside the front door. It was hot and and relaxing. The first unit we were assigned to had an odor so the property management moved us next door to another unit that was acceptable and nicely decorated and comfortable. The heated pool was right across the road from the back door. We were very happy and comfortable and well accommodated.

Excellent Location But...

Things got off on bad foot when I was told by the property management office that I could check in at noon, and then when we arrived at noon, I got scolded at the office and told the person who granted me this permission did not have the authority to do so. We had to wait while the unit was “ freshened up”. It had already been cleaned bc some time had passed between renters. But apparently they do a little cleaning freshen when a unit empty for a bit. Well the wait was not worth it, found hair on a toilet seat. In general, the unit feels old-furnishings need updating, and I don’t consider a unit clean if I walk in, remove my shoes at the front door and then my feet are black a few hours later just from walking on the tiled floor. On the plus side, there’s tons of room and it’s wonderful that there are two bathrooms. It’s an easy 2 min walk to the beach and the pool area is also nice. If you have nice weather-which we did-the location very nice. I also appreciated it was quiet at night. If the unit was updated with paint, furniture and bedding,linens, it could be very nice.
