Lovely ocean view/pool view townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. King bed in master suite, 2 twin beds in guest room and 1 sleeper sofa in living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen features a tile back splash, quartz counter top and stainless steel appliances.Walk-in shower in master bath with natural stone floor and shampoo niche. Guest bath has tub/shower combo. All new half-bath downstairs.Enjoy 2 flat screen TVs (50" SMART TV downstairs), DVD player, writing desk, books and wireless internet access. Two living room side tables have convenient plug-ins for phones, tablets, video games, etc. In unit washer/dryer. Ceiling fans throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
