Extremely Poor Communication
We arrived to the property absolutely covered in ants and with a dirty floor. The concierge provides almost zero information including how to access the property unless you have them escort you there themselves. The house manual has zero useful information such as wifi password etc. The listing states there are umbrellas, beach chairs, iron and ironing board however none of these items are accessible until the maid unlocks them from a closet. This oversight meant we had to wait for the maid to arrive around noon the next day to retrieve. There were several issues with the internet where it was not accessible in the bedrooms detached from the main house. The kitchen is ill-equipped and the overall lighting in the home is awful. Would not stay again.
