Overall the condo was clean and comfortable but there was a strong old home smell that did disperse when the doors were left open. The carpet is stained and probably needs to be replaced.

Great location within 10 mins downtown & Dixie Centre. Smaller pool was unheated & didn’t look very clean, but larger pool was nice. Lotsa loungers. Had tennis, pickleball & shuffleboard & kid play area. Pretty grounds & nice looking complex. The unit we had was kinda dated, but had the necessities.

Impressive facility

Overall, very happy with stay. If nitpicking, the code to enter did not work so had to contact their office. They were able to change it remotely. Water was leaking from the ceiling on our final morning and a call to their emergency number asked for our zip code so assume ownership is somewhere else. They assured me someone would call me, but they never did.

Clean 2 BR one bath. Would like to have been told it was up one flight of stairs since one of us has a difficult time with them right now. We made it though. No problems.

Perfect spot for a quiet retreat

We had a great time in this little condo. It's a mixture of old fashion and outdated with updated, the amenities out weigh the outdated. I appreciated there was actually extra bedding!! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!! Be sure to bring your own shampoo/ conditioner and toilet paper if staying longer than 2 days!

Beautiful location - Clean and Quiet

Middle unit, but other units seemed empty so it was very quiet. Great location away from busy city, but close enough to be accessible to shopping. Unit was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Updated but clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean (except the carpet in the family room- that could use a good cleaning). Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We loved the access to basketball, racquet ball and pickle ball. Bring your own toiletries as there was only a hotel sized bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our only complaint was the lack of locks on any of the interior doors, including the bathroom. With only one bathroom it would have been nice to be able to lock the door while it was in use.

Great get away with amenities

We came for a little getaway to visit my daughter who lives in the area and we found this great stay which I will definitely stay at again. The kitchen is fully stocked, there were plenty of towels, it was clean it was comfortable it was near the adult pool and all of the fun activities just overall a great experience.
