Great condo! Clean and comfortable, and super close to the main pool and clubhouse! The convenience of being about to walk out the back door straight to the pool was just about unmatched. So nice with my kiddos! The pools were freezing! We were under the impression they would be heated but they were not..The only thing that would have made this super over the top great, would have been extra blankets in the condo for snuggling and relaxing with. The AC worked so well, we were a little chilly even with the temp set to 74!

We arrived an hour after check in time. As soon as we opened the door there was a not good smell. Walking into the condo I could tell it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Towels on the living room floor, dirty floor, slept in beds and dirty bathrooms. I immediately let Lindsey know. She responded right away and had someone there to clean it very quickly. She was very kind and apologized for the situation. She also refunded some of my money for the inconvenience. The condo is a nice place, it has been well kept and the updates are great! It did have a weird smell that was still there even after it was clean. The condo is very close to the club house and volleyball net. We ended up having a fun trip here!

Very clear instructions/directions. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer. We did need to run the dishwasher daily as there aren't a ton of silverware, but not a big deal.

We love Las Palmas, the pools on property are so fun we always make sure to stay a few days to enjoy them. Bring your own floats and noodles! We’ve stayed in many units here and this one was awesome not only is it located on the ground level but the back patio has a full view of the pools and playgrounds. The house was very clean and plenty of towels including pool towels! A/C worked great and my dad loved the huge TV! Minimal decor which is fine with me since we have kids. Only minor issue was the WiFi and service in the area just isn’t great. But overall we loved our stay!

Perfect family stay

Great location to snow canyon and surrounding areas in St. George for hiking, hiking and outdoor fun. Loved the pool for the kids! The property was clean and we could tell it was renovated as the other condos were older looking. We appreciated the nice patio and living room & loved that there were not a lot of extra decorations or clutter in the condo. Thanks!
