Appointed with 1 bedroom and one full bath, and a full size sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps 4. The boathouse has all new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, new luxury vinyl flooring and new furniture and decor throughout. This boathouse has a lovely screened in porch that overhangs the canal and the boathouse shares the boat dock with Wild Child next door. This is a wonderful home for just a respite for 2 or can also be booked in conjunction with Wild Child to accommodate larger families. Do not miss your opportunity to stay in this little island gem!
