Howl at the Sea - SGI

Come Howl at the Sea in this NEWLY renovated, super pet friendly Beach Bungalow on St George Island, Florida. This light, airy 2 bedroom home is one of SGI's original homes and has been special renovated for you, your family, friends and pets. Located @ 100 steps to the gorgeous Gulf beach on one of Florida's Forgotten Coast areas and on the beach access path. Just walk down our boardwalk and out the back gate and be at the beach in a minute. You can even get a few glimpses of the water from the upper deck and hear the relaxing sounds of the waves. This single story home sits on the ground so you won't have to climb steps.
There is a large open living area for relaxing, reading, playing games or watching your favorite tv show on the 55 inch screen. You can also watch the sunset from the living room out our large panoramic dining room window. It is a breathtaking show. The dining room seats 6 and also has a twin day bed for relaxing or sleeping. The fully equipped kitchen is off the dining room and has everything you need to whip up your favorite beach dishes. We even added a slow cooker, blender and stellar coffee/tea maker so bring your favorite single cup flavors or a large bag of your favorite coffee and never sleep.
There are 5 TVs - living room, dining room, each bedroom and the screen porch
One bedroom has a king size bed and ample closet size, big enough to fit a large dog crate or pack n play. This room has blackout curtains for those mornings you just don't want to get up with the sun. The second bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk, also with ample closet space.
The main bathroom is oversized and has 8 overhead cabinets for all your towels and toiletries. Their is a shower/tub combo with a filter on the shower and a bath ball filter for the tub. This helps to cut down on the chlorine and hard water. There is also a half bath and an outdoor enclosed shower with rainfall shower head, mirrors and a bench. Showering outside is fun and we tried to make it fabulous. And lastly there is a rinse off shower with a filter that is awesome for cleaning up after the beach.

We love our four legged family and we made this house super pet friendly. Our backyard is large and flat and more importantly is fully fenced in for your pups run and play. There is even a doggie pool and sprinkler....and we won't tell if you take a dip or run through the sprinkler too.
We have a propane grill and fish cleaning station. Ping pong, cornhole, giant jenga and giant connect 4 outside for your playing pleasure too. Or you can take a nap after the beach in our hammock under the palms. And the landscaping of canna lilies, banana trees, sago palms, hibiscus will help you get in that tropical feeling. Oh, and take your morning coffee or dine under the string lights in our patio bistro or go to the upper deck and dine, drink, play games or just watch the island go by. If you like people watching, sit on the front stoop Adirondack chairs and waive at the passerby's.
