On the ground level, guests will find a private queen suite with no stairs required—perfect for convenience and accessibility. Upstairs on the second floor, enjoy a spacious king master suite with a luxurious walk-in shower and a private deck for morning coffee or sunset lounging. This floor also includes a second queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace and cozy sitting area—ideal for remote work or quiet reading.
The top floor offers a spacious loft-style living area featuring two full-size sleeper sofas and access to a large deck with stunning views of both the bay and the Gulf—perfect for entertaining or relaxing under the stars.
