Had to ask multiple times to have my room cleaned. When they said they cleaned the room they didn’t they just fixed the bed and did not give clean sheets. My room was considerably hotter than the other rooms and I notified them and nothing was done. I requested an iron and ironing board and never received it. I asked for hand soap and never received it. My fridge did not get stocked for days. The spa was amazing and so was the beach and pool. I had an incident where the staff said I was not dressed “resort casual” wearing a crop top and long full coverage pants. I asked her to explain she said nevermind and let me in. I then saw women in bikinis allowed to come in without request to coverup.

Rooms, staff and amenities were excellent. Food quality at specialty restaurants ((Italian and french) was VERY POOR. At the french restaurant the food was so bad that we could not eat it at all and had to go to the buffet next door for lunch. Complete disappointment.

This resort was truly beautiful!! The staff was generally kind. Dontee, Dominique, & Joshua all greatly added to my experience along with many other staff. Unfortunately, Siobhan & Christine were not pleasant upon my arrival at the resort. I was very displeased with their service and lack of care to my room not being available at the 3pm check in time. However, Dontee jumped in and helped make the remainder of my experience pleasurable. Especially Dominique in assisting in coordinating my food options on and off the resort!

Room floor wasn't cleaned. Staff wasn't much of a help and there was no iron or ironing board inside the room. When we requested same it took over 3 hours to get an iron ...ironboard was delivered the next day. Food wasn't so so and the swimming area at the beach was rocky.

The room was good the workers are excellent but dinner in French restaurant was bad Italian restaurant ok I didn’t go to Indian restaurant best dinner was the Grenada dinner breakfast was good every day buffet dinner depends on the chef but I will not recommend someone to celebrate an important day because of the management they asked me why I went there I told them but there was no acknowledgement

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful. The food is good. Views are amazing. Entertainment was great for the first half of the week but died down mid week. They could use have more night activities.This was our second time at this resort this year and we would return. In our opinion it's the best option for a trip to Grenada.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing and the hotel grounds were well kept. Rooms could use some updating. Staff was courteous for the most part. Some looked disappointed to be there but they were probably tired. They seem to be understaffed at the restaurants.
