This cottage is situated less than a five minute walk from the town centre and harbour and benefits from being in a quiet cul-de-sac. It retains much of its character, has sea views across the rooftops from all rooms and a decked patio area.

Entrance hall into Lounge/Dining room with TV (Freeview), DVD player and access to decked patio area with furniture. Kitchen with electric cooker and electric hob, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and door to patio area. First floor: Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, wash basin and view to the Island. Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and views of the Island across to Hayle Towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Steep narrow staircase to Attic floor (14 steps) with 2 x 3ft beds, TV and panoramic view to the Island, Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Towans and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle (maximum height 6ft) , wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.


Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.


Garden and Parking: Decked patio area with furniture. No parking at the property, the nearest public parking is The Station Car Park or Park Avenue.


Power and heating: Central heating, gas and electricity included.

Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
