Outside there is a raised patio area with table and chairs to maximise the sea views, perfect for your morning coffee, glass of prosecco or a gin and tonic. There is also the added benefit of a shared separate sink and shower located to the side of the main entrance. Perfect to wash the sand off after a relaxing day on the beach.

Access Statement – Sea Scapes is a ground floor apartment which is accessed via a communal door at the side of the building. From the parking space, there is a flight of stairs going down to the building consisting of eight steps. If accessing Sea Scapes via the patio doors to the private outside space, there are four steps to this secondary entrance.
