Pros: VERY CLEAN Good location Supermarket on property Lock box for key Free, safe parking Semi quiet Cons: Hotel-esque room WITHOUT hotel amenities Linen service was at extra charge Shower was either hot or scolding I would recommend for 2-3 days max if staying in St. John's. For longer stays, I would look elsewhere.

This hotel has everything located inside the building a supermarket bank coffee shop in so much more. The suite is super spacious with a living room, kitchen, huge bathroom and a huge room.. and it’s only 10 minute walk to the ferry wonderful hotel and location

I loved the space. The location was easy to get to and walkable to restaurants and stores. It was a little hiccup with communication when we arrived but it worked out. Although it was a busy area, it was fairly quiet.

You can hear everything in your unit from the center stair case. If there are children in the other units there is no way you’re sleeping past 7. You can hear everything !!! It’s clean and nice. Loved the market down stairs.
