The staff was very welcoming. It was clean but there was no room safe or bar refrig. The breakfast bar was not great. The food options were very limited and the staff were abrupt. The quiche gave me tummy pain and diarrhea 👎... beware.

Reception staff are outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable. I do wish the room cleaning staff was more consistent and had a check list of items to replace / clean etc. it was different everyday! One day we had 6 towels! The next we had 2. Only one day they replaced the coffee pods! There should also be a small fridge in every room, we had to wait 3 days for one.

We had a beautiful view of the harbour and Signal Hill. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
