Our room upon coming in our room we noticed snott rubbed on the washroom door the tub was all mold bed headboards were covered in black dust which is what was on the cloth when i cleaned it seeing it was after 7 when we checked in from driving aross the island I juat went out and bought cleaners to clean so we coukd bath and go to bed then when i closed the curtains i noticed the filt that first looked like blood but when housekeeping came in the next day they said it was just coffee..When we checked out and went to let the female manager about our stay he told me the other manager took care of me so it was done and he had no time.
