Always a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, St. John’s. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy a night out downtown, and not have to worry about transportation. 5 minute walk to George Street!

Went to get reservations at restaurant. It opened at 5 pm tried for 30 min from 5-5.30 pm no answer. Also room service did not answer. Left the room at 5.30 pm and went to the restaurant and staff said they were fully booked and they would not be able to do room service. No service for hotel customer really stinks. I had to leave hotel and drive 30 min to get to another restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel. I will not be staying here again in future. Even hotel staff could/would not assist. I lost it in the lobby of hotel. Sad part was there was 3-5 seats for 4 people available.

Better to stay somewhere else

Was loud at night. People was screaming, slamming doors, parties ect... They also charge $15 a night for parking, this was not told to us at check in and it is not stated on their website.
