I will make this short but to the point. Pros: The Resort was nice, about 80% of it is under 2 years old. It has 3 nice pools, plenty of bars and the beach was very nice! Water was very clean. Many ofmployees were very nice. Some not so much.

I was checked into a dirty room when I told the supervisor on duty 11/20 around 330pm she could care less. Was not accommodating at ALL I would never stay here again. The food was 6 out of 10 the upkeep of the hotel needs a lot of work plates always outside in the hallway not swift enough with cleaning up. People save their money to go on vacation I should have never experienced walking into a dirty room on my birthday. Didn’t offer to upgrade the room didn’t try to fix their mistake at all. Spoke to the regional manager while checking out (they charge 150 to keep your wrist band) crazy ! He said he would reach out I haven’t heard anything yet it’s been 5 days and counting. Stay at your own risk

Very mid level resort with inconsistent service. Property could be kept cleaner as many of the outside areas were littered with food, plastic cups and straws. The beach was also not clean and often towels were not available. The wait for meals at the restaurants was excruciatingly long and the food inconsistent. Overall, a disappointing stay.

The butler service thanks to Maxwell and Andre made the whole trip worth it. They are top notch and very good at their job. Room service was prompt. The property was free of clutter. The beach is well maintained. The beach staff was very attentive. Overall a good experience. The restaurant service does need some attention. At times the food service was quite slow and had to ask for things a few times.

This resorts food is average in the restaurants with limited changes. I would give it a 5 out of 10 for food - restaurants are very difficult to get reservations. So if he resort was nice as fare as size. Entertainment team, spa and gym were wonderful. Coffee shop was awesome to have.
