The location is really great and the view from the balcony is amazing. The checking process and communication of the staff until you check in is great. Overall the apartment is neat, however the dishes in the kitchen are pretty much all damaged. The big crane above your head and strong wind makes it kinda scary to stay on the balcony, and the damage deposit gets returned to you only in 2 weeks. FYI, after you check out, pretty much nobody is already answering to you via WattsUp or Email and it takes 1 week to get a reply from the administrators.

A éviter !!!

Ne jamais louer cet appartement, assenseur ne marchait pas dans l’immeuble 6 étages à pied, appartement sale, des traces d’humidité partout sur les murs et ils demandent une grosse caution qu’ils ne rembourse pas en prétextant dès raisons fausses. Pour ne pas rater vos vacances à Malte ne surtout pas louer cet appartement

Location was and very pleasant checkin assist. The apartment had a great view. On the negative side, the main air conditioner didn’t work on the heat cycle , couldn’t get the tv working, cleaning was poor, most of the plates were chipped, only one glass which was cracked, construction crane just out the window and takes two weeks to get deposit back.
