The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel doesn’t have their own beach, but right next to it is the most beautiful beach in Barbados.

The hotel is a joy, a place of rest & relaxation. It has a certain low key atmosphere and vibes that makes it unique on the island, in my opinion. This was our third stay, at DBH & it won’t be the last. I should add too, that DBH is in a perfect location, steps to Dover Market, and St Lawrence Gap for restaurants & entertainment. Also it is a short walk up to the main road for buses. And Oistins with its Fish Fry is close by. Barbados is a gem, & Dover Beach adds to its shine

Great staff . Hotel older needs updating. Microwave did not work, no coffee pot, no dish soap or dry towels for dishes. They did bring sm coffee pot but no filters so then they gave us hot pot. Air conditioner worked good. No real Beach i like to walk the beach this location small beach area. Again people super nice so we over looked the rest. If I come back I prefer to stay further north from here with a nicer beach close to restaurants. Food prices higher than I expected. Drinks reasonable.

Lovely pool by our apartment. Nice appartment clean had partial seaview too. Hotel over looking the sea with nice bar area. Ideally situated at the bottom of lawrence gap and close to bus stop to Oistens and touring the island.

I booked an ocean front room and was given a parking lot view in a second building behind the hotel. I paid a significant premium for ocean view and all they could do was provide a "free" breakfast.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear both sides of phone conversations in the next room! The noise in the hall was loud, people talking, yelling, slamming doors. The TV didn’t work. Pool looked nice.

If you want a clean property, good ocean view, walkable to restaurants 10-15 min walk, this is it...not the newest or high end...but clean...very safe...we walked home late at night 12-1 am...street well-lit and no issues.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The services were amazing and the hotel was very clean. I rated the "staff and service" a little lower only because of the service staff in the restaurant, the staff everywhere else in the hotel was incredible, it was the restaurant staff that were challenging (no smiles, and at times I felt like an inconvenience)

A cute hotel by the sea

I liked this hotel, while a little outdated in a few places and a few odd jobs around the main pool needed. it was value for money and never overcrowded and you could relax by the sea or pool.
