What a gem of a hotel! Great room, great service at the desk and by the valet Isabella. The pool/sauna/hot tub is excellent and rare to find at a modern downtown hotel. Cant wait to stay again!

Neat property in a good location. We easily walked to the Stifel Theater for a concert. Nice rooms. We opted to upgrade to a corner suite and it was worth it. Nice indoor pool and 2 gyms. The only negatives the trip were no washcloths in the bathroom and we called for ice (you have to get through room service) but it never came so we ended up getting from the bar in the lobby. Got a resort pass to yse the rooftop pool of another hotel since 21c pool is indoor and it was really nice outside. Othewise was wonderful!

Great location near downtown. Amazing staff! Great restaurant and coffee shop on the property. For those that don't know they also have an amazing art museum on the 2nd floor. Love the 21C hotel chain Would love to see one of these in every city!

You need management ASAP

We stayed here for our anniversary. From the time we arrived until the time we left, there were issues. There was a fire alarm that went off after we were in bed and we had use an actual fire escape from the 9th floor only to find out it was someone who was smoking in the hallway but yet no one notified the hotel of an all clear as we stood outside in our pajamas after going down a fire escape. When I talked to the Room Director he told me it was the fire department’s job not his. Next, the elevators weren’t working and we had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs. When I inquired, I was told some kids were jumping in the elevator and it caused a problem. Perhaps someone would be managing the property a bit better? We asked for cups for our coffee maker in our room. Never could get them. This was a terrible start. It was our first time here and it will be our last. When we stopped to talk to the front desk at check out, multiple people were complaining. Strong suggestion to get some alert and involved manager.

A clean, classy stay

Such a nice hotel that I thought I was in a classier city than Saint Louis. Very clean. Lively scene in the lobby area. Art art art. All looks very new and well thought out. I will recommend to family and friends when they visit.
