I really liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but the furnace had an issue and the room did not get warmer than 60 degrees. Beautiful place though and despite the issue we will visit again.

The hotel is nice/convenient to concert/sporting events downtown, and their bar is nice; had a bit of a hiccup trying to access their WiFi which needs addressing, but otherwise the property was very nice!

Not sure what was up with the 2 who checked us in. The Asian guy was mid ok the black guy who processed everything was your worst employee we’ve had at any location. A front desk guy the next morning, 30’s black man, was beyond great and made up for the guy who did check in. Your bartenders are pretentious hipsters who need to learn basic customer service and how to run a bar efficiently. I’ve been a bartender for over 3 decades. They are jerks. Especially the women with the tattoos. Food was below ave. Paella was jard and al debts. Toast with gambas was charred black, not just in ends. I made a comment about it and got brushed off with a laugh. Valet is atrocious. I’ve never seen valet run like this. They don’t come to you and they don’t do any thing with a sense of urgency as you stand in 20 degree weather. It was odd. There were some great team members. Housekeeping was excellent. Meg, manager at restaurant was incredible. Friendly host stand. Good PM restaurant manager, who was friendly. The gym is incredible. Excellent facility. Too bad check in guy did not mention one word about hours or how to use it. Zero hotel overview. He was definitely not having a good day. I think he was annoyed with my dog who is more well behaved then him. Did not look at my note regarding that she is a certified service animal and the purpose for her requirements to travel with me. Room service was slow and hot food was below Luke warm. The art installation is the best I’ve seen At any 21c

Will not be staying here again. Room was below expectations for the price and not very clean. Restaurant and room service never answered the phone. Valet service was very kind and timely, gym and sauna were dirty, we stayed two nights and had to go to the lobby to get more toilet paper and clean towels after the calling the front desk for them they told us they didn’t have time.
