You are most welcome to this affordable, comfortable brick house Centrally located the most well-known place in STL, University City area. Bring ur whole family or friends group to this great place for fun. It's close to many attractions in STL. U will have everything u need to stay here including free car parking space.

Very nice, quiet & greenish neighborhood nearby Washington University, Pagedale, Delmar Loop, Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Rock Road & Airport.

A lot of good part relates with that house such as if u don't drive public transport (Number 2 bus) is really within 2 minutes walking distance making it easy to go anywhere in the city.

*It's designed for 4 people but on request 1 extra guest allowed with extra charge.
*No pets allowed at all.
*No smoking & no candles or fires permitted on the house.

Enjoy a nice & calm environment here. Feels like ur own home. This cozy 2 bed/1bath house just newly furnished with seperated Dining area and also full size kitchen (stove, microwave & big size refrigerator available to use with utensils) for all ur cooking needs.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. No towels were provided in the bath area or kitchen. We were unable to take a shower, wash our face, or dry our hands. The original listing said there was laundry available…then on me contacting the host, she changed the listing. The dishes and silverware in the kitchen were dirty. There was unsecured medication in the kitchen. The refrigerator was half full of open food and leftovers. There were no top sheets on the bed…only a bottom sheet and a blanket. In one bedroom, there were only sheer curtains at the window, allowing the neighbors to look in and watch us. The host stated this was a private drive, but the private drive had a neighbor’s window on the same side. After I contacted the host and explained our concerns and requested a refund, she refused. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel.
