The staff stated that the credit card machine was broken when I got in to check in. So they made me go find an ATM to pull cash. They told me my reservation was $240 for the 2 nights plus a $50 deposit. I handed him $300 and he proceeded to keep the whole amount. I asked him where my $10 is and he snickers and says " you didn't wnat to put $60 for deposit?" like I had not agreed to the $50. Never got a receipt or anything. The next night, I thought it was strange so I checked my expedia and the totals were different. I went down to check out and got somebody else and told them the situation and they were reluctant to believe me because his computer only showed that I paid $187. I made him call the other guy and they were talkin gin their language for a bit and he handed me $100 back for the difference and my deposit. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY CLAIM THEOIR CREDIT CAR MACHINE DOESNT WORK TO POCKET MONEY. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO CUT TIES WITH THEM. Dont get me started on the nasty walls with mold, missing paint, and hard beds. This is a motel 6 in disguise.

Only waffles and cold cereal for breakfast, toilet wouldnt flush- no maintenance on staff all i got was a plunger...it wasnt clogged. Tv onlybjad 1 viewable channel- all others were audio only, no batteries for remote, phone didnt work. Bed was confortable, room was decently clean, price was decent.

I’ve stayed in many hotels while traveling for work. This is by far the worse hotel I’ve stayed at so far. It needs upgrades and repairs badly. The room was dirty. Only one light worked out of 4 in the room. The smell was so musty and dirty smelling. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there.

One of the bedroom lamps was broken and I couldn’t turn it off without unplugging it. Stains on the unmatching bathroom towels. Sink facet was broken. Several people smoking right outside the front door. Breakfast did not have very many good options besides the waffle maker, which was out when we got down there.

Our room smelled bad and so did much of the hotel, not so horrible that we couldn't just ignore it and make the most of our trip, but enough that it was unpleasant. Their "breakfast" was cereal, some mediocre muffins, toast, or questionable waffles that you made yourself and when someone spilled waffle mix all over the counter and floor they had not cleaned it up by the next day.

Staff was polite. Bed comfortable and clean bedding. No daily housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels and get them from front desk daily. Ask for creamer at breakfast station and he told me to get it from the cabinets storage area myself. First night a man overdosed and dies in the hotel. Night two one man arrested in parking lot three others hiding in and around hotel. Men in a smoking area by front entrance politely let me know they are users and hotel is a cheap option for them and others so they all stay here. As we watch the police look for the three missing men. Hallway carpet dirty and stained needs deep cleaned or replaced elevator floor tiles broken and missing. Ask to leave a key at front desk for my daughter who was arriving late and was told she can just ask for a key. I said I would like to leave her name and they told me no need they would just make her a key. She just needs to tell them my room #. Poor shower head only one stream of water , TV works great as well as cooling unit. Refrigerator worked but froze everything. Ample lighting in the rooms. Room was cheap, paid roughly $75 a night but not worth the worries of the feeling of uneasiness and safety issues.

Everything was fine with the room. I would have like to have a vending machine on our floor (3) but no big deal in the long run. The lady at the front desk wasnt the friendliest, thats the only real complaint. But a pretty good establishment for the price!

It was not a good stay my sister fell in the shower she hurt her back really bad the room they didnt fix up it was falling apart my nice couldn't even go swmming the pool was green the breakfast wasnt hot stone cold coffee i would not tell anyone to stay there there was people even smoking weed and had people that had wildwood party's in the next room over i would not go back there ever again
