I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and hot tub for a girls’ night. Check-in was at 4, and we were surprised to find out the hot tub closed at 6. Most hotels we’ve stayed at keep their pool areas open until 9 or 10, so this was a little disappointing.

Room was very nice. TVs wouldn’t work. Reported it to front desk and they sent signals up but didn’t work. Reported it again they said they would send someone right up and they didn’t show up until almost 6:00pm the 2nd night we were there. We told them just to forget it by then. We never got maid service. Also our safe was in the open locked position so we could not use it. Just small things but things you wouldn’t expect in such a nice place.
