Great location, as easy access to dining options and convenient to many stores. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. I gave 4 stars, as the hotel rooms could be improved. Upgrades to new toilets (to aid in better flushing), aging light fixtures, and better continental breakfast will make this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars! The breakfast on a weekday ran out of eggs, gravy wasn't cooked yet, based on size of crowd at 730AM there was not enough seating either, and there was no waffle maker in the mean time - which my kids always look forward to at hotels breakfast. After dishearted debate, our family decided to make way across the street to eat at another breakfast joint. Again- great stay for most part, but always areas to improve. Thank you for the stay - we'd return!

Worst service I’ve maybe ever had at hotel. Room not ready, 11pm driving across country had to wait 30 min, pretty sure they didn’t change the sheets in the room. Gross.

We arrived in the middle of a convention of some sort. 50+ people partying in the parking lot until very late. Linens were poor quality / scratchy - Same for towels. We had a funeral to get to at 4 PM but could not get into any room until 3PM - No ifs or buts / completely unwilling to work with us. Could not park anywhere by the lobby to check in as it was filled with motor cycles.

Andrea, the front desk attendant, was absolutely amazing. I had a five day stay and I recently sold a home and waiting for the new one to be ready. She made this not so easy transition so much better with her big smile and kindness. A+ Best Western Kirkwood for having her on board.

Great location—easy access to 1-44. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice—it even had a small balcony. At check-in there was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder in the room. Also, there was some pencil graffiti on the bathroom door. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel breakfast.
