I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Lambert Airport for one reason only: proximity to the airport. The front desk clearly told me the airport shuttle leaves at 4:00 AM sharp. I came downstairs at 3:55 AM, only to be told the shuttle had already left. There was no apology, no effort to help — just a casual, “Don’t worry, they’ll be back around 4:40.” That might work if my flight wasn’t at 5:20 AM. If I wanted the 4:40 shuttle, I would’ve slept another half hour and come down at 4:30. This hotel’s entire value proposition is its location — right by the airport and in the same lot as the Alamo/National rental center. If they can’t even manage their one essential service — the airport shuttle — what’s the point of staying here? Completely unreliable, dismissive staff, and zero accountability. I’ll be staying anywhere else next time — even if it means walking to the terminal.

It was a lot of kids making noise, door slammed . The picture on the website was not the and the picture I saw same in person. The room was only clean once every two days. My sheets were not changed my entire stay. I did receive towels the second day. The was not an ironing board in the room as well.
