Good stay, worth getting a balcony

The stay overall was good. I loved the atmosphere, and having an indoor balcony was wonderful. We ate out dinner out there while pur lids ate inside with the TV. It was like a mini date. The breakfast was very good, although pricey if you didnt have a voucher (We only got 2 and are a family of 4). The lady that helped check me in made it very clear she was just done for that day, she was short with me, and didnt want to answer my questions. Sad, beacuse I was excited to be there. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly. Overall, a very positive experience.

Arrived and shower had to be replaced so got moved to another room while paying for an upgrade, hotel denied refunding the difference. The hotel hosted a party with extremely loud music until 11pm. I called the front desk to find out when it would be cut off and they hung up on me. Extremely horrible experience.
