When we first arrived, we were sent to a room that wasn't cleaned. We were then given another room which was better but no wash cloths at all. The receptionist did a great job & the breakfast was amazing but the housekeeping was horrible.

Rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Staff was great and available. I would stay again. Only thing I asked for room service for the second day and it was never done when I got back to the hotel. Great food and dining area was big. We enjoyed our time. 5 stars

We were very disappointed with thr stay. To begin with the pool and hot tub were not working and they never said anything about when booking the room. Secondly when we got to our room and pulled down the sheets. They were dirty there were hairs in the bed. We went down to the desk and she moved us to another room where one of us had to sleep on a pull out bed cause there were no other rooms available. The breakfast was kinda hit and miss. The food was burnt and didnt taste very good.

Sad to say...poor stay

We were in town for 5 nights to be with family. Since we lived in Fenton for many years we were familiar with the hotel and the fact that it used to be a Drury. (which we would not have booked this particular one) Looking at reviews and knowing usually Wyndham has a good product we chose the Heritage Inn for our 5 night stay. This hotel has not had much done to it if anything in the way of updating/remodeling. Our 1st room had no heat, 2nd room the mixing valve in the shower was not working so either scalding or freezing water. And then the toilet started leaking all over the floor. On to our 3rd room which seemed to make it through ok. The shampoo was also the body wash (the one time I didn't travel with my own). I seldom write a negative review, almost always a positive one. However, until Wyndham does something to improve this location I would avoid it!!!!

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. In addition, the room's price and cleanliness were much appreciated. A few things to consider, the room we stayed in had a constant "white noise" sound throughout the night. The gym is very small. There were two other people working out with us, and the space felt jammed. Lastly, the check-in and check-out online option did not work. We completed the check-in process online but had to do the process at the front desk. Overall, we would recommend Heritage for those looking for an affordable, clean, friendly and safe hotel.
