The staff was great. All of them were very friendly. Walking distance to union station. Great food options nearby. Also, the breakfast was surprsingly good and how can you turn down free drinks in the evening.

The check in was a little slow, but when a bunch of people show up at once, it’s to be expected. The staff was friendly and nice. Our room was excellent with the exception that coffee was in the lobby, not our room. Not too bad though. Drinks and appetizers in the lobby were better than I expected. Definitely a plus for us!

Great stay as always.

We love staying at the Drury by the Arch. Its a beautiful building that has so many perks for kids and adults. The free dinner and breakfast option is Sic for families. We love being able to get our free adult drinks and taking them to the roof top area to view the arch in the evening. Pool and hot tub area are excellent, one of the only hotels to have two hot tubs to accommodate all guests.

I like how it is centrally located near all popular visiting sites. I am not a fan of the parking garage. I don't mind paying a parking fee, but then the garage has to have enough space to park their guests vehicles. Otherwise what is the point of paying the fee.

Staff was great but. We woke up one morning to the room being 80 and the AC broken. Told the staff they will have it fixed when we return from the zoo. It was 95 out and walking for six hours all we wanted to do was come back to cool off and the room did cool off but to 79.
