Great location! Enjoyed being downtown and close to the Arch. We had our dog and no problems with per friendliness. Room was clean and large. Overall great experience.

Some of the repairs in our room were definitely done poorly. The elevator situation is horrible. There’s way too much volume for the amount of elevators they have. When it’s busy, It takes 10-20 to get to where you need to go or use the stairs. Which I did plenty and it wasn’t ideal. Hotel was fine overall, nice staff, clean room, hot tub was nice on the rainy day we had. Definitely a nice touch being inside.

You cannot beat this location if the Arch and/or a Cardinals game are on your itinerary! The breakfast is awesome, as is the evening “kick-off” which is essentially a full meal plus 3 alcoholic drinks included! The hotel is showing its age a bit, but was incredibly clean and the staff are phenomenal. They’re strict about entry to the building—you have to check in before entering the ramp (you need a key card) and the doors and elevator on the main floor require a hotel key card for entry. The on-site parking ramp iOS super convenient, but beware—it is TIGHT. Like, don’t even go to the 4th level if you’re driving anything bigger than a sedan. The hotel was super quiet, we rarely heard our neighbors, if at all, and the pool area was great—two hot tubs and a pool, plus the observation deck where you can see the north half of the arch. Be mindful that the interior rooms are dark—there is a window, but it looks out into an atrium and faces other hotel rooms, so our curtains were closed the whole time. I can imagine the exterior rooms are awesome, but come at a price! We would absolutely return!!!!

This place was amazing! It was clean and well taken care of. The free breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. The happy hour was the highlight of our trip. In addition to 3 drinks per night we also enjoyed delicious food. They did not just serve chips and salsa, there were hot items as well.
