Nice two night stay, breakfast was perfect and the hapoy hour too. Some of the areas like the elevator to the small tower need some refurbishing and cleaning. The room was very spacious and clean.

While not the “fault” of the hotel, there was a band/flag Corp group staying in the hotel. I’m sure they had a great time and it was a fun experience for them but for the rest of us, elevators were brutallly slow, most common spaces completely taken over and all around the experience was sub-par. Parking situation not ideal and the hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Upgrading tech in rooms for phones/tablets/etc should also be a priority.

The hotel is clean, pool is nice, location is great. But the staff is really what makes this place top-notch. We have always had extremely pleasant interactions with every single staff member we've interacted with here. They ensure your stay is very enjoyable.

I think this hotel is the closest to the Arches National Park the court house and the cathedral. It’s a 5 minute walk to the park and the Mississippi. The hotel is fantastic. There is a pool with two hot tubs and a nice rooftop deck area. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful. They have a fantastic coffee and tea area 24/7. Breakfast options were eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurts, cereal, bagels, and more. Surprisingly they also had a happy hour included and served hot dogs, nachos, tacos as well as bar drinks included in the price. The parking garage was extra but it worth it because it was safe. We drove to the zoo and that was free! Then to the brewery. There is a fantastic seafood restaurant near the brewery called Peacemaker lobster and crab that I highly recommend if you are out that way. The fitness center was in great condition and all machines were working. The room had a view of the arches and was clean with space and a fridge.

Everything about my stay was good. It was a little strange to have the window in my room overlooking the inside courtyard of the hotel but it was still a pleasant stay. The evening and morning buffet was substantial and good.

Loved the location, breakfast, and evening food. The pool and hot tubs were big hits for the kids and the observation deck with the view of the arch was a big hit with the adults. Would stay here again and again!

I did not get to stay....I had an emergency come up at the last moment right before I was supposed to check in and I wrote an email to the property and also to hotel.com requesting to change the date as to not lose my $$$ or my stay at the hotel. I got zero response from either email!! I have used hotels.com for many years to book my stays in various places and have always been pleased. This was it for me, I requested a refund and was informed they couldn't do that bcuz of policy blah blah blah.... So I will be removing the app from my phone and will never use hotels.com again. If $140 is that important to a company like hotels .com that you would lose a very loyal and long standing customer over then so be it but that's not a company I'm proud to be affiliated with any longer!!!
