The free parking wasn't free. The staff entered my room unannounced before 9am while my 13 year old daughter was in the shower, after stating that they would come by around 9:30 with a iron.
I prepaid for a room with two queen beds and when I arrived they only had a room with a king bed which cost less than the room I paid for. The hotel was not willing to refund the difference.

I love everything about my wife and i stay And the clerks were so sweet And kind
Everyone was friendly and if we had questions about anything they were courteous. The only thing we didnt like was the parking lot was too full so had to walk far a few times .
My stay wasn’t bad for the two nights I was there. However I forgot my Bose earbuds in my room after checking out. I realized I left them onc I made it inside the airport shuttle. I called the hotel asking them to mail them. They told me they couldn’t confirm anything for an hour. Long story short they claim they were not in the room.
Their staff stole them and they did not care about it. Besides the property being taken the front desk is pretty unprofessional often talking on their personal phones during check in having personal conversation while handling your personal data and credit cards.
