The property was good until we realized there was no hot water. I could shave but it was to cold to shower. Absolutely no hot water. The desk girl was aware of the issue. How can you rent a room knowing there was no hot water. I am not accepting this! No apology! Just a full charge? I will have to say I can never use this property or chain again. I earned my money. I don't like being taken advantage of by Hilton Garden!

Check shower bottles before getting in.

Every thing was great except the shampoo and conditioner bottles. I found they both were empty while in the shower. Note to self, check the bottles prior.

Look for any other airport hotel

The hotel is definitely aged and the furniture needs updating. The room heat was not on and was 41 degrees when I walked in, it took hours to get warm since this was the middle of a snowstorm. The tub was dirty, and there was some sticky residue on the floors, and the heating unit. The shuttle was down due to the battery hanging out of the bottom of the chassis, and the staff seemed unprofessional overall. Not very friendly.

My stay here was fine. Phone did not work in room and the hot water from the sink did not get very hot at all. No Continental Breakfast provided for guests, but overall stay was pleasant.

It was Ok.

Check in was effortless, the two issues we had were the room itself. The room we were given, did not have drapes that could close, and therefore lights were shining into the room all night. The only other issue was the bathroom did not have any shampoo or shower gel refilled and we provided a head count of three guests, but only two towels were provided in the bathroom. The walls are quite thin as we heard children, jumping consistently above us, but thankfully, there were no issues during sleeping hours. Staying one night didn’t bother us but probably would not stay another night in that particular room itself.

No shuttle driver

We’ve used Hilton Garden Inn for quite a while when flying out of St. Louis and had no issues. However this time was the exception, when we got up to take the shuttle to the airport at 3:30 am we were told the shuttle driver did not show up so we had to take an Uber to the airport. After returning from our vacation after midnight we were told they did not have a shuttle driver luckily someone from another Hilton would be able to pick us up. I really hope this is a one time thing or we will have to find another reliable hotel.

Room was really loud where you could hear traffic all night and all conversations from other rooms. The bed mattress was super used where you could feel the springs. The bed sheets were dirty and old. The bathroom shower had mildew and cleanliness was not great. For Hilton brand, this was a surprise.
