The coffee shop was great. Stayed here for a concert and everyone was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and smelled great.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special but also clean with a friendly staff. Disappointed that the restaurants closed early. We went to the amphitheater and everything was closed when we got back. The outside is pretty dated and needs a refresh but the inside was relatively nice. We did not go to the casino.

The room was clean. If you stay for a concert the shuttle line is very long and by the time you get back to the hotel, the restaurants are all closed. If you have a 24 hr casino, there should be a 24hr food.

Stayed at this hotel for a concert that was happening next door. The bed was horrible, just felt like I was sleeping on springs. Had to turn the water off in the toilet bc it wouldn’t stop running all night. Air conditioner would not get cold in the room.

We stayed at this property because it was close to a concert venue. The only issue we ran into was my sister is extremely claustrophobic and does not do elevators. Any other hotel we’ve been to she just takes the stairs. At this hotel, they told us the stairs are for staff only because of security reasons. The front desk staff hesitated a bit but let us know that a security member could bring her up the stairs. We waited for about 20 minutes for security that eventually accompanied her up the stairs. Other than that issue, this hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival and check in they were like o wow we upgraded you to a Junior suite, ok cool I think until they say if you need a roll a way bed let us know. Why would I when I books a 2 bed , o well this suite is just a one bed but now you are closer to the vending machines and elevator,that's not what I wanted or booked. It is not an upgrade if you don't get what you wanted in the first place. Then the wifi sucked the bed very uncomfortable sink in the "suite' was broken toilet barely flushed I was checked out and on the road before7am
