Noisy hotel, rough area. Won't be back.

Have to drive through a very rough party of the city to get here, and when you arrive at the hotel, there's no easy access to unload/load cars- you have to park in a parking spot in the lot or the garage and take your chances wheeling the rickety luggage racks through the potholed lot or in and out of several elevators coming from the garage. It was noisy- the first night we stayed was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had - there was some woman on the floor below us 'WOOOO'ing all.night.

The property was clean and well maintained. The food choices are limited and there are no amenities(including no pool or hang out area). Basically if your sole purpose is to gamble this is the hotel for you.

The place itself and the room were VERY clean and comfy. The service (front desk, housekeeping) was amazing. Quiet despite being busy. Very comfy bed/pillows. Having the casino and several restaurants onsite was awesome. The parking garage, elevators (require a key fob to go to only your floor) felt very secure. The huge shower (amazing water pressure!!!) and the river views were super.

Hotel amenity charge after checking out but what for? It didn’t provide anything more than any other hotel on my trip which didn’t charge. Seems a bit odd as most people would be losing money in the casino to subsidise the room. Also arrived at 5:30pm , 30 minutes after official check in time and had to wait for my room to be available.

While the interior was gorgeous, marble countertops, fancy archways, nice store, and restaurants, not all restaurants were open. Also, the room needed revamping and still had old faded rugs, therefore feeling grungy. Also, they could update the iron with one where the cord actually stays extended while ironing. One of us had to hold the cord while the other did the ironing.
