Denied entrance

The hotel didn’t allow me to stay there as I had a service animal cat. I had to go to the holiday inn next door. The holiday inn was fabulous they allowed me to stay their service was awesome

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Bathroom with big walk in shower and a big screen tv. The free breakfast was good with a big variety of foods. There are also tons of restaurants near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some really noisy neighbors in the room above us(kids running and jumping) but the staff took care of that quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

It was dirty walls messed up still haven’t gotten my deposit from the first time and I’m wondering if they scam you for everything already being messed up and dirty there was nasty yellow stuff in sheets smelt like wet dog in room

The first room they put me in was just dirty. Dirt and cob webs everywhere. The bed was hard. The second room was a bit cleaner, but the lamps, mirrors were still dusty and gross. Then there was mold in the room.
