Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom & 1.5-bathroom townhome, perfectly located near the Streets of St. Charles and I-70, providing easy access to all the best that St. Charles has to offer. With TWO comfortable king beds and plenty of room to spread out, this home is ideal for both work and relaxation. You'll find a dedicated workspace, free in-unit laundry conveniently located in the kitchen, and a cozy outdoor sitting area to enjoy some fresh air. Nestled in a community of multi-family buildings, this townhome offers a central location, making it perfect for extended stays or weekend getaways.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The place smelled like dog pee the entire time, no matter how many candles we had lit. Dog hair everywhere. The only other thing is that the place was just kind of janky but other than that it was a place to sleep. Good location and comfy beds.

Pet friendly family visit

2 bedroom w comfortable, king size beds. Lovely space very nicely decorated. But stairs are very steep, in from entry and up to second floor & we have some mobility issues.

Great Stay, Would Recommend & Stay Again

This property was located in a great area with multiple amenities near by. We liked that the gas station was literally walking distance from the property. The beds were comfy and the furniture was very nice. We liked that there were big TVs in every room. The house was clean accept for under the couches. A guest had dropped something so the couches had to be looked under, definitely needs to be swept/vacuumed under there because it seems it hadn’t been in awhile. What could enhance this property is if the host provided bottled water and more utensils to accommodate cooking for a longer stay. We had an issues with our booking in the beginning and the property manager and secretary were very responsive and attentive. Otherwise, overall great property. We do plan on using this property/property manager again.

Family trip home

We were in town to see family as we are from St. Louis but currently live in Denver. We booked with VRBO because we recently purchased a puppy and the price was much more affordable than getting a hotel room . The location was close to everything the highway, eateries, movies, etc. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The owner is very responsive and answered every question we had. We will definitely book again.
