Trendy Neighborhood

Great location in upcoming Grove Neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Convenient to Forest Park. With a few small tweaks this property will be perfect. It is much more spacious than the photos indicates. Charming building - hardwood floors, high ceilings, spacious kitchen. Responsive owner. Great stay!
